Dr. Thomas Stegall

GIBS ConnectED Director / Instructor

Tom currently serves as the Sr. Pastor of Duluth Bible Church and director & instructor of GIBS. Previously he served as an associate pastor at DBC for 10 years and as pastor-teacher of Word of Grace Bible Church in Milwaukee, WI for 13 years. Tom is married to Debbie and they have three children. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Grace Institute of Biblical Studies, University of Minnesota Duluth, and Grace Biblical Seminary (M.Div., Th.M., Th.D.).

Dr. Dennis Rokser

Instructor

Dennis became the pastor of Duluth Bible Church in 1985 until the Lord led him in 2022 to become the pastor of Grace & Truth Bible Church in Warner Robins, Georgia. He has also been extensively involved in international missions and has served as the primary teacher and the director of GIBS from 1992 to 2022. Dennis and his wife Nancy have three children. His graduate degrees are from Grace Biblical Seminary (M.Div., D.Min.).


Coley Nicholls

Secretary / Moodle Administrator

Coley came to trust the Lord Jesus Christ as a teenager while attending Youth Events at DBC. He came on staff to help with the administrative duties in November of 2025. Coley is married to Jaclyn and he has three children.

William "Poochie" Jones

Technology Supervisor & Teaching Assistant

Poochie graduated from the Grace Institute of Biblical Studies and formerly served as a ministry assistant and deacon at Duluth Bible Church. He currently serves as the director of the Alaska Christian Mission to Seafarers in Seward, Alaska. Poochie and his wife Angela have six children.
